selling house without realtor

Hello,

I have found an interested buyer that is going to pay cash. Please, what are the steps that I have to follow as FSBO transaction? Do I first need him to sign a contract and give a deposit? Do I need both, a title company and attorney? Or a title company also prepares a contract?

Thanks very much,

Ignacio

You'll need a title co. to close the transaction. You'll need an attorney, since you don't want to pay for an agent, to review and understand your contract, make sure you provide the required disclosures, you're protected, etc.
