Greetings All,

I am hoping someone out there can point me in right direction, for putting together a proposal for lease to own investment strategy, I have interested investors looking to buy rehab and L2O. They are looking for a detailed propsal from me.. Any advice or maybe even and example would be HIGHLY appreciated.
