For those of you who are not familiar with Sheriff Grady he is a True Lawman..  squatters are in for a rude awaking .

I posted about what Las Vegas has allowed to happen to squatters  IE using private security to boot them out military style.

I think all landlords and property owners and Those that are Pro property rights hope these laws sweep the nation.

As one who has funded literally 1000s of bRRRs for clients over the last 22 years.. it just makes me sick when one of them has to

deal with these situations and or inner city stripping of houses and theft.

Thoughts ?   this the right approach or too much ??

I saw DeSantis talking about this. Love it. The California way of living does not work for Americans who aren't freeloading criminals.

Jim its not only CA OR WA  I ( or my clients) have had to remove squatters in virtually every state I have done business in over the last 2 decades.. But Sherriff Grady is something I love that guy and I can see why law and order folks move to FLA among other reasons..

Yea, I know, I remove them in Ohio all the time. What I am saying is that everyone thinking the California way of giving these low life's rights that supersede the rights of law abiding citizens is going to spread through the rest of America are out of their damn minds. The pro tenant anti land owner ideology of California, Portland and the like is being widely rejected by the rest of the USA.
