I have money saved up and looking into investing it in some duplexes maybe a 4 unit. who do i talk to who do i go to. i would like to live in one unit and rrent the other. what do yall recommend? and from south texas

I wish I had started when I was 21. You are doing great and now you just gotta build on the momentum.

It's great that you have saved up this money, but in order to get bank financing, banks will require some income to qualify for mortgage. Have you contacted any banks or mortgage brokers to see if you qualify for loans?

I am not too familiar with your market, but have you started looking at any properties to see what price point/area you are comfortable with?
