    I invested in my backyard first. Stockton,CA had the most foreclosures in the US, after the housing crash. On top of that there was an $8,000 tax credit, as an incentive since people weren’t buying.  So I bought one for 135,000 and sold years later for 447,000.  I sold that home about 2 years ago to buy my first Airbnb in Tampa, FL which thankfully is going well.

    That buy and hold was an amazing ROI! AirBnB's in Tampa has to be a great investment. Do you like being a host on that platform?
