first step for buying FSBO

I found a deal which is FSBO. Seller is motivated to close quick. I could do a cash deal. for $50k.

Should I still involve a buyer's agent? Should I only utilize a real estate attorney?

Thanks in advance for any pointers!!

@Kevin Rehak , if you have much experience you can probably do it yourself. If not I would try a lawyer next. I will will briefly state what you need. First a written agreement signed by all parties. Next a legal description, including county and state. All terms, price, title insurance, prorating taxes, closing date, and personal items that stay, date of possession, inspection if any, etc. Money, usually certified funds. This is highly condensed. Good luck.
