Anybody in or near Huntsville, Al / or knows about that market

I have a question for friends, colleagues, & fellow investors. I have a friend who has a house she brought in Alabama, she now lives in Maryland. She's been making the payments herself for the house in Al. But doesn't know what she wants to do with the property. However just recently she has mention or thought about getting rid of the property. Can anybody in Alabama, help me give her some sold advise about that current market? Because I am not knowledgable about that real estate market down their. Thanks in advance

Thank you to all that have replied to this post, your input & feed back has been wonderful. I'm very appreciative for the help received so I can really help & assist a friend. She's still unsettled about her property, weather to keep it as a rental property or just to sell it. Although i think she's more so leaning towards letting it go.
