Is attic access required? About to list first flip!
I have a very basic 1944 house that I've renovated. It didn't have attic access when I bought it. There's no plumbing or HVAC up there. I'm about ready to list it, but wondering if I NEED to add attic access for a home I spector.
I imagine all someone would find is ancient insulation. I even replaced old shingles and the 70 year old boards were in solid shape. Roofer/contractor never took photos inside attic as I had requested because he onlyhad to replace a few boards of sheathing with a little OSB.
