I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, working with any home buyer or seller. Put my knowledge to work for you!

FOR INVESTORS (including out-of-state):

I can be your boots on the ground in Central Indiana. All of the Indianapolis suburbs. Let me investigate a house with your local agent and take photos of the major systems BEFORE YOU MAKE AN OFFER. Also willing to check on progress of renovations or give you a second opinion on any home inspection or help you find the subcontractors you need to get things done.

I have a very basic 1944 house that I've renovated. It didn't have attic access when I bought it. There's no plumbing or HVAC up there. I'm about ready to list it, but wondering if I NEED to add attic access for a home I spector.

I imagine all someone would find is ancient insulation.  I even replaced old shingles and the 70 year old boards were in solid shape. Roofer/contractor never took photos inside attic as I had requested because he onlyhad to replace a few boards of sheathing with a little OSB.

Glad you asked, Beverly! Same questions I have.

I'm just launching my new REI business, focusing on residential flips for the next year. I love the idea of Flipster's project management aspect since I'm a solopreneur for now.
