New Construction-Short Term Rental

I know that typically there is a 5 to 6% commission in most Resi transactions. What are developers of new short term rental projects paying Realtors in North Carolina? In Florida we see 6 to 10%.

Hey Joel! It all depends on the deal. Did the realtor find you the land? Have they help you during the construction process such as picking out finishes and walking the property for you?  What is the price point?
