Auction property Investing

So my team won a property at auction above what the bank starting value was, but the bank has appealed it again with the court.  My 18k deposit is being held up with the auction attorney... Does anyone know how long this period will take and what the likelihood of us actually walking away with the property would be?  FYI the property was not on any auction cites but there were other parties at the auction outside the house.
