Welcome to BP Rob! Before diving into LLCs, HOAs, Insurance, and Home Prices.

I'm not sure if you have been pre-approved but I would highly recommend that you speak with a local lender, I happen to know a few in the area. Getting pre-approved would allow you to get an idea on how much house you can afford and at what interest rate. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions. I'm a Realtor in the area and as Perry mentioned, Real Estate will always be your friend and you are starting at a really good age!
