What is the best way to market a property that is in another country?
Hello,
My parents own a property in the outskirts of Medellin, Colombia. Its an amazing vacation/rental property located in a nice area of the Antioqiua region. Well they want to sell it since they want to build a new property, and have asked me for help in possibly finding someone in the states that is looking to invest in this area as they have seen a boom in immigrants moving full or part time to Medellin. Any suggestions?
