Want to build affordable homes
I own a multifamily home in Georgetown,SC. I have additional space on the lot where I think that I could build an additional duplex or maybe two small single family dwellings. Does anyone know of any contacts or connections that could help me figure out if this could work?

Talk with your local planning and zoning. Will be a question of setbacks, number of parking spots, and drainage.
How are you doing brother! I am a licensed builder in the charleston area that is from Myrtle beach. If you ever need any assistance I can help with any development questions you may have for your property in Georgetown.

Thanks for the reply. I have two roughly .25 acre lots on a property with a rental unit that I own. I wanted to explore the possibility of building some housing units on them. I just wanted to see what options were available. I may also be willing to sell them if building wasn't a good option for me.
