Want to build affordable homes

Bobby Henderson
Posted

I own a multifamily home in Georgetown,SC. I have additional space on the lot where I think that I could build an additional duplex or maybe two small single family dwellings. Does anyone know of any contacts or connections that could help me figure out if this could work?

Talk with your local planning and zoning.  Will be a question of setbacks, number of parking spots, and drainage.
