REO - Deed Restrictions

Hello Forum,

I have a few questions when submitting an offer on an REO . When you make an offer can you request the 90 days deed restriction be waived ? Or is this something that every Lender evaluates differently ? Is this a good strategy to use if you are looking to wholesale it quickly ? Feedback is appreciated.
