I own couple properties in Indy, but live out of state.  Does anyone know any good property mangers that you would recommend?  Would be nice if they work with out of state owners.

Hi,

I bought a property in Indy under my LLC in Hawaii. Do I have to register the LLC in Indiana or do a new LLC for Indiana. Not sure if the LLC I have in Hawaii is good for properties in Indy.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

thanks, I'm research in Indiana as much as I can and I agree it is hard to invest out of state, but still trying my best to. As you know, properties in Hawaii is extremely expensive and there is practically no cash flow in rentals.

@Dean Letfus I am looking for an inspector to check out a house I am looking to buy. Need to be soon. I have 7 days to have the inspection done with the report and to notify the seller of any discrepencies.
