Selling With Seller Financing -- Best Way to Find Buyers

I am expecting to soon have a handful of properties (mostly SFR) to sell on seller financing. What are the best ways to find tenant buyers?

Some ideas I have (feel free to comment on these):
Auction the down payment on ebay, with the terms already set and advertised
List on Craig's List
Share on facebook, instagram, linkedin as a post and in groups
Having seller place a For Sale Sign in the yard
List on my website

Is there somewhere on Bigger Pockets I can share deals?  Any other ideas?
