Looking to purchase first home/investment property

My wife and I are looking to purchase a property in High Point to east Greensboro area in a good neighborhood but everything good is going way over market value. We are looking in the low to mid 200’s and I am just putting this post out for if anyone has any leads in the area or help to find some off market possibilities. Thank you!

Brett,

Great spot Greensboro lots of goof deals on SFR and MF rentals. I see Fayettville lately also on th rise with some awesome price points on 2-4 Units MF. Are you going for an SFR or Multifamily.
