Hey Everyone, who's recently used either subject to or seller financing to buy a property? I just moved to Chattanooga and one of my clients wants to get into creative financing but I'm still learning the area myself. Are there any parts of town where someone has seen more success with creative? Or do you guys have any advice for someone that wants to get started?
