looking to pick up another sfr...how do you structure 50/50 deals
I have some personal friends who are interested in going 50/50 on some buy and holds sfr. These are some initial questions.
How do you guys structure that?
Through a RE attorney I am guessing?
If it's LLC, does that eliminate refi?
What would be my first step?
How can you split write offs for taxes?
Thanks again,
Matt
