NOW is the Best Time to Buy - IF the Deal is Right!

In another thread someone asked when is the best time to buy?

I mentioned I was not buying until late 2015 or early 2016 due to current market conditions.

Well, the conditions haven't changed and I was not looking but the right deal has come along and I have started the process to buy an under performing apartment complex in Washington state.

The due diligence starts next month. There is a lot of work to get everything in place for the takeover but this is a deal I just can't pass up.

So, NOW is the best time to buy, if the deal is right.
