Where To Find Historic Preservation Grants?

Does anyone have any experience with obtaining a grant to renovate a building?

I am looking at a Frank Llyod Wright "influenced" property in my area to convert into office space. On the surface the deal looks good and the seller said there might be grants available up to 350k...???
