In Search of Single Source Cash End-Buyers Near Roanoke, Va., or Nationwide!

Greetings Fellow Investors,

I'm Jerome Williamson and this is my first Posting on BP, and we are very eager in becoming a Real Estate Investor. My initial goal is to enter the Real Estate Marketplace by participating and performing Wholesaling and Flipping of Real Properties. I live in Roanoke County, more specifically, the city of Roanoke, VA. I am currently working with an experienced and seasoned Real Estate Broker and Investor in our area, who is also Mentoring me as well.

As a Real Estate Investor, our focus is on researching and identifying specific styles and types of Real Properties in the Mid-Market Level ($200,000 - $5000,000) and the High-End Market Level ($500, 000 - $1 Million, plus). We plan to target luxury Single Family Houses, Estates, and Ranches with on-going Income Producing Venues.

So, I am looking to connect with Single Source Cash Investors within the State of Virginia, and/or Nationwide that are ready, willing, and able to become part our unique Team as End-Buyers, for this is the reason for this posting. In addition, we are seeking further knowledge and advice from other like-minded Wholesalers and Flippers and Investors.

Lastly, we have Properties identified that can be moved on rather quickly, so, please contact me regarding this post, as to what services or assistance you can provide us, as we need all leads possible.

Reality check!   You’ve entered a very hard field in which to profit, and one that many inexperienced people are led to believe is more profitable, less difficult and less time consuming than it actually is.  Good luck, but you’re probably going to wast a lot of time for no return.
