Hey all! 
I want to start a conversation with those interested in investing in the DMV area. Whether it’s your first time, or you 10+ time I’d love to hear about it. 

I am a licensed agent with New Western. We run a marketplace full of investment properties for our network to choose from. I’m talking fix n flip, buy-rent, but-hold, cosmetic-moderate reno, land, you name it! I want to connect with like minded people who want to find hidden gems, and adapt with the ever changing market!
