Orlando Area Meetups that Aren't Trying To Sell Me a Course???

Can anyone recommend meetups that aren't trying to hock a course or anything? Im new to the area and have been to 4 meetups, all of which are trying to sell me their "100% proven way to get rich in Real Estate." I just wanna meet local professionals and network.

    @Bernadeau C.has a meet up once a month in Winter Park nothing for sale that I am aware of and has a bunch of local investors that go. You can find the next meeting under the network tab on this website

    It's usually the 1st saturday of the month and starts around 9am
