Does anyone know how to find real estate to invest in thru a syndicate as a passive investor? I'm located in NY.

Hi @Robert Kelly you got some great responses above. I'd recommend that you find a community.

@Ian Ippolito has The Real Estate Crowdfunding Review and The Private Investor Club. If you are an accredited investor they have a lot of reviews and information that will help you a lot.

I also recommend you find a community. Jim Pfeifer has Left Field Investors. This is a great community of passive investors (accredited and non-accredited) who are looking for passive investment opportunities. I recommend you check them out.

When you are ready to review a deal, I recommend you buy @Brian Burke's excellent book The Hands-Off Investor. This is an exhaustive guide to reviewing syndicators, funds and deals. I wish you the best!
