Does LLC avoids probate?

Hey guys, does anyone know, if 2 or 3 members are in an LLC and one member of an LLC passes away. Lets say there is a house in the LLC.

How does it all work out then? Do the remaining members have to go through probate?

If yes, does it mean that the collected rent can not be distributed to the members of the LLC that are still alive?

Does anybody know?
