I'd imagine most people who have done any research on the Cleveland market know who I am. After all, I've sold over $200M in rental properties. Not many can say that.

Would you like to know why I have been able to sell so much real estate?


It's pretty simple really. I call it like it is. I provide legitimate & objective advice. You know, the exact opposite of what many other Realtors do.

Prime example, this Cleveland turnkey listing below. BAH GAWD this dude is bad at his job.
