Greetings Investors,

I have a friend who lives in an ocean-view property on the cliffs in Pacific Palisades.  His motivation for selling is he is living next to a wealthy neighbor who seems intent on driving him off his property and is engaging in pestering/pesky behavior.   He' willing to sell..............for the right price.

I welcome any advice anyone has.  At least $4 million is what he's asking.   Anything lower is not going to interest him.
