Thank you for taking time to review my post.  I am looking for a mentor.  Currently I am interested in obtaining rental properties to buy, rent and hold for long term.  Anyone who might have spare time or is interested in sharing knowledge who is doing this in the Tampa area will be great help.

@Justin Pineiro Cleveland has a greater amount of multi family compared to Tampa area. I see more single family home in Tampa and not too many small multi family.

If you have any deals in the Tampa/New Port Richey área please feel free to send them my way. $150,000 range is what I’m looking at at the moment. Any advise is appreciated, thank you

Starting out with rental properties, however, I live in Tampa, FL and will like to meet up with someone who's investing in the Cleveland, OH market based out of Tampa area.  I am interested in Multi-family properties and need some solid connections in Cleveland with lender, property management and rental properties to get more in depth information.  I am also interested in single family homes in Tampa, FL.   Let's get this going!  Thank you all.
