Hey guys so I just want to drop a little knowledge and provide some value by explaining DSCR for those who don't know or fully understand it. DSCR stands for Debt service coverage ration. If you're an investor and have a few properties that make your DTI exceed normal limits, you have an options of using DSCR because it is based off the income of the property! Hope it helps. Have a great day!
