Thanks for reaching out. What options besides conventional loans can you offer?

We offer plenty of investor options!  I'd be happy to get on a call so I don't solicit per BP guidelines

Hey everyone! I am currently in the process of getting my first rental property. It is out of state as I live in NYC, also my first property ever as I rent my main dwelling in the city. I've been wanting to get going for a while and it looks like we finally found a property to pull the trigger on.  I connected with one lender so far and want to hear from others and try and get a competitive offer. I should hear back on whether or not the sellers accept our offer today. How long do I have to keep looking at other lenders? Is it already too late? Or could I keep reaching out to others to keep things competitive?

Also, would love any recommendations on lenders in Ohio (Cleveland area).

Thank you all!

Check out my guy @Nicholas Salman

My man! Thank you, Tony! 🙌

Hey, Briana, congrats on getting started, this is an amazing community to get started.  There are plenty of good areas in and around Cleveland.  I am constantly dealing with out of state investors who want to purchase here.  I would love to get on a call and give you my time to answer any questions you may have!

Hey, Logan, great question.  So first off there might not be an actual timeline but they usually advise to be moved in within 60 days.  Also wanted to touch on the tenant occupied issue.  There is a great thing called "cash for keys" where you can essentially give them the security deposit for an apt etc.  Best of luck and let's connect!

Hey, Mitchell!  Love to hear that you are moving in the right direction.  An 8 unit will be a great addition!  We have plenty of options and I would love to sit down and get you your commercial deal!
