Hey guys- I am realtor in Wisconsin, and am helping buyers decide if they want to list their property or hold their property before they buy their new home.  I have been learning about investments for about a year, but I have a few questions about this one.  If anyone is expereinced in these situations please reach out to me I would love to have a conversation!
