Selling a home inspection
Hi folks, I recently did a home inspection on a fourplex paying thousands of dollars. I didn't end up pursuing after looking at the numbers. The property is still listed. Is it possible to sell my inspection report to other potential buyers? Are there any legal ramifications or anything I should be aware of?

That's a cost of the due diligence. Unlikely you'll be able to recoup those fees. Even if you tell the listing agent you are willing to sell the inspection to any potential buyers, there's a good chance the listing agent was given a copy or CC'd on an email that contained the report, so they would give it to any potential buyer if its a good report for free, but if its a bad inspection (meaning a deal killer) they won't share it whether its free or $$.
