Anyone know a good investor-friendly realtor in Detroit metro?

OK- after my post fromlast week, I decided to book a flight to Detroit in few weeks to look at single family houses in the area for a few days. I'll be there for 3 full days.

My goal is to buy 10 properties while up there in the $30-$50K range (after repairs).

Does anyone know:

a) an investor-friendly realtor out there that is in it for the long run?

b) an investor-friendly bank or credit union?

c) a reliable maintenance team - both for fix up and for needed periodic maintenance?

I'd sure appreciate it...and would welcome the opportunity to meet my fellow investors while out there to compare notes.
