24 hours? A full week? Something else? How long are your offers valid for and why did you choose that length?

I have a friend in NorCal who puts a 1 week expiration date on his offers. I tested that down here in SoCal without any success. If they call you in 2 weeks are you going to tell them they missed the boat? I tell them that this is my offer based on what I see now. The market may go up, it may go down. If they wait too long, I will have to recheck the comps.
