So I found a good deal, and I ran the numbers through the BiggerPockets calculator to the best of my knowledge. What do I do now, how do I found partners or figure out how to get this deal going?

You need to provide more information… are you buying to live in, to flip, to rent?

What are the basics of the deal… age and condition of house, price, size of house, etc?

Do you have any funds to contribute to your purchase?

What is your situation?

Without this information we would be guessing on how to respond.

All the best

Randy
