How is your market doing?

I wanted to check and see what other people are seeing around the country. Have you seen days on market increase, inventory increase, more price drops on accurately priced listings, etc.? Here we are still pretty hot and most properties that we are seeing are still going above ask and or receiving multiple offers. Thanks in advance!

Hey Nicholas,

We are in the Indianapolis market and the market here is still very hot. We focus exclusively on multifamily and definitely think it will only get hotter with rates rising, reducing the number of buyers out there.

Hi Nick, I'm in Indy as well. The market is slowing down around 100-300K, due to buyers in those tiers being disproportionately hurt with rising interest rates. For higher end home and cash deals, the market is as crazy as ever.

Hi Nicholas,

I have been looking in the Indy metro area and it seems that anything that meets the prime rental criteria is pending in 2-4 days from listing.  Many still show closing over list price.

Yeah, we are seeing the same thing. Everything that has even a decent cash flow is flying off the shelves. Just putting feelers out there to see if any markets other than the hot Midwest markets are seeing a slow down.
