Yeah, we are seeing the same thing. Everything that has even a decent cash flow is flying off the shelves. Just putting feelers out there to see if any markets other than the hot Midwest markets are seeing a slow down.

I wanted to check and see what other people are seeing around the country. Have you seen days on market increase, inventory increase, more price drops on accurately priced listings, etc.? Here we are still pretty hot and most properties that we are seeing are still going above ask and or receiving multiple offers. Thanks in advance!

I have a few property managers I refer out throughout the KC area. One I use more than any other, but I wanted to get everyone’s opinion. Who do you use or refer people to when needing property management in Kansas City? What is your favorite thing about them? Thanks in advance!

What is the most creative way you have used to finance a property? I know some people do house hacking, hard money, cash, conventional financing, etc.. Just looking to see if I can find some insight into everyones creative ways.

What are some of your worst experiences as a landlord? So far, my experience has been great with only normal maintenance. I am in the process of purchasing my second rental and plan on doing a flip in early 2021 which will then fund the downpayment for my third rental property here in KC. I am interested in hearing your worst stories as I have heard many from local investors.
