resource (book) to search itle prior to trustee sale

I'm a buy and hold investor. Previously I have bought via the MLS and currently have 4 rentals. I'm looking to venture into Trustee Auctions at the Courthouse.

I would like to get a resource on searching title so that I can understand Lien Priority as well as a general overview of terminology.

I invest in North Mississippi and our land records are online (very accessible). Looking at books the following seems like it might be a decent resource.
