Leasing to own a property that you don't own
I recently watched a video on YouTube about leasing to own a property from somebody else and then leasing to own it out to somebody else for a shorter term before you own it. Is this legal? If so, how would I explain this to the seller and how would I structure such a deal? Maybe I missed something but I watched it 3 times and although I like the concept, I can't see how to legally implement this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Post the link or give a search term. Sounds like massive exposure, but any situation can be created with a willing partner and appropriate contract language
