Lebanon, IN rental rates and PM

I'm looking to buy a duplex in Lebanon and one side will need a complete rehab. I plan to BRRRR this property, buy can't find many comps or even rental comps.

Does anyone know how much rent is/SF based on a 2bed/1bath?

Can anybody recommend a PM in Lebanon too?

Great idea to look in lebanon....we did some marketing out there 2 years ago.....got some small hits but nothing major......

Ive told people that lebanon will be a great place to invest simply because of the growth of whitestown and all the factories....most ppl that work in whitestown cant afford to live in whitestown so they will either live in lebanon or indianapolis.....
