Eligible Bidders, as defined in the California Civil Code §2924m(a)(3) have the right to bid on the subject real property after the scheduled foreclosure sale. 

Is anyone working actively on this?  If you have a non-profit are you buying homes?  I am interested in anything to do with this.  What do you know?
