Buying shovel ready subdevelopments in the greater Philly area
Hi all! I’ve been a BP member for quite some time, but haven’t been as active as I would like to be. Please re-direct me if there is a more appropriate sub-forum to post this on.
I work for a medium sized developer in the Philadelphia and Jersey Shore area. I’m actively looking to purchase shovel-ready scattered site sub-developments (2 to 50 unit plots) outside of city of Philadelphia. We are an experienced home builder with a track record of 1500+ homes built, and are looking to expand to the suburbs. I’d be more than happy to entertain any options that people may have to bring forward. Thanks again for taking the time to read this post, and I look forward to hearing from you folks!
