Selling my House - Looking for a buyer

Hi All;

I own a home in the Argyle area in Jacksonville and am looking to sell asap.
Any tips on how to go about selling this house within a few weeks to a month?

Thanks,
Abe

I had it listed last year with a local realtor and got about 10 or 12 showings and 1 lousy offer - about 40% less than what I think it's worth...

That proves the house is over priced. If it were priced competitively you'd have more showings and more offers. Most owners believe their house is worth more than it is. Either cut the price substantially, figure out what about your house is a turn off to buyers and correct it, or prepare to keep it for a long time.
