I am new to BP and wanted to jump on here to connect with people in my area/network. I would love to chat with people about investing opportunities in Columbus. I think there is great potential on the east side of town with the news of Intel expanding over there in the next 5 years.

Hi Max, welcome to BP! I definitely agree that Intel will have great influence on housing in east Columbus, particularly New Albany and Gahanna. I also think that the influence could reach as far out as Newark!
