Looking to Invest in other areas near Northwest Florida HELP!

Colby T Sullivan
Posted

Hello My name is Colby. I am 26 and I live in the Santa Rosa County Florida area. I have been investing in the Navarre Florida area since I graduated high school. I love our small little town, but everything has become so expensive lately. I am not seeing very much on the market that is even reasonable.

A little bit about our market. Less than 5 Minutes from the beach. Great rental market, growing economy, rapid growth and expansion. A ton of building and development. I  was able to get some land back in 2016, and 2018 before everything skyrocketed. We are building on those, but none of the other investment properties on the market make financial sense. Starter homes 3/2 bath are starting around 190k and up. Some of these are dated and even need rennovation

I was wondering if anyone close to my area has found any opportunities in the market or surrouding areas. Was hoping to find a market close enough I could put some sweat equity in and possibly drive to.

@Colby T Sullivan Hey there!  I'm also a fellow investor and I live in Santa Rosa County also, specifically Navarre!  I'd suggest maybe checking out Milton, it seems like they are a little more reasonably priced...also like Caleb mentioned, Pensacola also has some pretty low priced properties as well! Best of luck to you! :)
