Update to BP calculator? Adding Comparison Analysis?

I thought of a cool feature to add to the BP rental calculator and want peoples feedback. I would love to see BP add an excel export feature to the rental calculator. This will allow you export the data so you can run a comparison analysis all in excel. I love the BP calculator and think it provides tremendous value. However, I do think adding this feature will enable easier comparisons of multiple properties side by side. What are your thoughts fellow BP users?
