Hello Bp,

Was looking to get into the Ohio Market to BRRRR, though I am not 100% set on an exact location, I would like to know if anyone was knowledgable in certain areas to look into.

Generally looking for C+ / B areas.

Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks BP!

Hey Danny, in terms of cities I've seen a lot of value in Columbus and Cleveland. Columbus has seen high appreciation (upwards of 15% a year) in their B and C areas. Cleveland on the other hand has seen less appreciation but has better cash flow than Columbus.

A zip code I like a lot is Hilltop in 43204. It's seen a lot of appreciation and still has homes at an affordable price.

I also like 43205. It's a neighborhood that is more expensive than Hilltop, but is getting a lot of new businesses/development.
